Located in Dittelsheim-Heßloch, Weingut Winter is a family estate led by Stefan Winter. The winery, a member of the VDP since 2013, cultivates 25.5 hectares with a focus on Riesling and Burgundy varieties. Their vineyards, situated on limestone-rich soils, benefit from a cooler microclimate, allowing for a longer growing season and the production of wines with finesse and structure.
