Weingut Baron Knyphausen, situated in the historic Draiser Hof in Eltville-Erbach, has been family-owned since 1818. The estate focuses primarily on Riesling, with additional cultivation of Roter Riesling and a historical field blend known as “Historischen Rebensatz.”

The winery is housed in a former Cistercian farmhouse that once belonged to Kloster Eberbach. A unique feature is their “wine totem,” a wooden column depicting various vineyard tasks throughout the seasons, standing prominently in front of the manor house.
