Some traditions are worth coming back to every year.

I arrived in the US in 2013, and that same year I experienced the Steuben Parade in Manhattan for the first time. I had no idea then that it would become such a special part of my life here.

That year, I also had the great honor of getting to know Bob and Anita Radske, their family and their wonderful team behind the Steuben Parade. We have been fortunate to serve our wines with them for many years now, and I’m very grateful that Weinhaus Traubengold continues to be part of this wonderful tradition.

There is something very special about a parade through Manhattan on a sunny September day. And the Oktoberfest that follows in the park is still surprisingly unknown to many New Yorkers – which is a shame, because it is such a great afternoon: Bavarian food, German beers, live music and classic beer benches under the tent by the stage.

And, of course, Weinhaus Traubengold wines.

This year, we’ll once again be serving our wines at the Gala Dinner, the Chairman’s Tent and, of course, our iconic Weinhaus Traubengold Booth.

So come and join us on September 19th. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate German-American tradition, enjoy some great food and drinks, and hopefully catch up with old friends.
