See You at ProWein 2026

Every year, there are a few fixed points in the calendar that truly energize me and one of them is ProWein in Düsseldorf.

I am genuinely excited to be attending again this year.

ProWein is more than a trade fair. It is where relationships are strengthened, ideas are sharpened, and the next chapter of our portfolio takes shape. It is where we sit down with our suppliers, taste through new vintages, finalize allocations, and align on strategy for the U.S. market. It is also where we find inspiration to continue our work building distinctive private labels and house brands with authenticity and long-term vision.

At the heart of everything we do is a passionate belief in a bright future for Riesling and beyond.

German wine continues to evolve with remarkable energy. From classic cool climate precision to innovative interpretations across regions and grape varieties, we see enormous opportunity not just for Riesling, but for the full spectrum of Germany’s viticultural heritage. Varieties like Silvaner, Scheurebe, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Müller Thurgau are demonstrating exceptional quality and diversity.

German Sekt is thriving and continues to gain well deserved recognition, especially in the high-end sparkling category produced using the traditional method.

And of course, the reds: Spätburgunder, Frühburgunder, Dornfelder, and Lemberger are redefining perceptions of German red wine on the global stage. I came to German wine through my love of Pinot Noir and the belief that it remains underrated, despite Germany being the third largest producer in the world.

Our focus remains clear: craft and quality, place, tradition, and people.

That means working closely with estates across regions like the Ahr, Baden, Franken, Mosel, Pfalz, Rheingau, and Rheinhessen, regions that combine centuries of tradition with a modern, global outlook.

We look forward to connecting with partners such as members of VDP.Die Prädikatsweingüter and outstanding producers including Weingut Adeneuer, Weingut Baron Knyphausen, Weingut Beth, Winzerkeller Britzingen, Weingut Lergenmüller, Weingut Metzger, Weingut Paulinshof, Schloss Reinhartshausen, Schloss Sommerhausen, and Schlossgut Ebringen, as well as the Gin Manufaktur Windspiel from the Eifel and Brauerei Engel from Baden Württemberg.

If you are attending ProWein this year, I would love to connect. Please reach out and let’s find time to meet. We look forward to seeing partners, friends, and new collaborators and to continuing the conversation about the future of German wine together.
